Ninety-nine percent of our subscribers receive their paper on time each delivery day. If your Mountain Democrat is delivered by early morning motor route carrier and you have not received your paper by 6 a.m., complete this form before 11 a.m. and your paper will be delivered by 5 p.m. that day. If your paper is delivered by mail and you do not receive it on the day of publication, please use this form to alert us of the problem.
