In the article “Trio accused of $18M fraud against Thunder Valley tribe,” Celestia Hinz was mistakenly referred to as Gregory Baker’s wife. The titles of the houses in question were in Baker’s name, with Celestia denying Darrell Hinz ever having owned the houses.

An affidavit filed on March 20 by the IRS claims three men committed fraud against the United Auburn Indian Community, totaling $18 million.
