A Crime Log entry for April 9 featured a mutual battery between Michael Kuvakos and Brian Foster. According to Lt. Tim Becker of the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office, while Foster was cited for alleged battery, Kuvakos was only cited for alleged vandalism.
