Convicted killer Robert Patrick Kaser was denied parole Wednesday at a hearing at San Quentin State Prison. Kaser, 70, of Placerville, shot and killed Ehren Dixon, his 14-year-old stepson, at the house of his estranged wife, Priscilla, on Aug. 17, 1985.
