Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa has cleared his busy schedule to visit with the lucky children in our area on several dates during this year’s holiday season. First, Santa is expected to visit during the Festival of Lights on Nov. 23 from around 6:15 to about 7:30 p.m. at River City Bank at 348 Main Street in Placerville. Then, he will also pay a visit to Kiddlywinks Toy Store (262 Main Street) on Dec. 1 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Then he will appear at the CandyStrike Emporium (398 Main St.) on Dec. 8 and Dec. 15 from 1 to 4  p.m. If desired (but not required), photos with Santa will be available for purchase from Robert Hall Photography and/or Hera-Cain Photography.
