Kyle Cerniglia, Golden Sierra High School

College: University of Nevada, Reno, completing a double major in biochemistry and molecular biology

Career goal: I plan to become a physician and surgeon in sports medicine. I think that sports medicine would be a very fulfilling career.

Community involvement: Kyle held down a job during high school and volunteered at food banks and doing clean-up after local events.

Where I see myself in 10 years: I’ll probably be going through a very difficult residency.
