Youth Flag Football Boot Camp (grades 2-5)
Designed for the beginning player who desires an introduction to the game of flag football, experienced staff and coaches will lead participants in concepts of offense, defense, running routes, how to pass, how to catch and flag pulling. Players with two years or less experience will also benefit from the drills and techniques taught during the camp. Dates are Feb. 2-26 beginning at 4 or 5 p.m. (depending on grade) and held at the Promontory Community Park Synthetic Field. Deadline is Jan. 31.

NFL Flag Football (grades 2-8)
Enjoy the game of football without the physical contact of the traditional sport. League focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and individual skills in a competitive, yet fun environment. Practices and games are held at the Promontory Synthetic Field in El Dorado Hills. Participants receive an official NFL Jersey, set of flags and a personalized award. Practices are one day a week — Monday through Friday — beginning in early March with eight Saturday games starting in late March. League fee is $135 if registered before the deadline date of Jan. 24 or $150 thereafter, if space is available.

Adult 3×3 Basketball
Teams play 7 games followed by play-offs for the top four teams. Games are played at the CSD Gym on Wednesday evenings from Jan.8 to Feb 26  and again from March 12 to April 30 with a team fee of $145. Play-off winners earn championship tee-shirts for their efforts. Registration deadline is Dec. 20 for the January league and Mar. 5 for the March session (or when full).

Adult Coed Soccer (7 vs 7)
This league plays on Wednesday nights at the Promontory Community Park Synthetic Field from Jan. 8 to Feb. 26 again from Mar. 12 to April 30. Teams play 7 games followed by play-offs for the top 4 teams with winning team earning championship tee-shirts for their efforts. Team fee is $595 with a deadline of Jan. 3 for the January session and Mar. 5 for the March league.

Adult Open Gym Basketball
Drop in any Monday or Thursday Night at the CSD Gym for only $4 per visit, or purchase punch card for $15 allowing 5 visits. Times are 8:15 to 10 p.m.
