Athletic packets are available at eduhsd.net/. Click the “Athletic Handbook” link, and complete digitally. The packets can also be picked up at the school’s main office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Handbooks include all the necessary forms: parent consent form, emergency information form, insurance form, as well as the physical form required by a physician and not a chiropractor.
Athletic packets must be completed and returned to Lindsay Tworek, administrative assistant to the athletic department at El Dorado High. Student-athletes who wait until Aug. 11, which is the first day of practices for the sports mentioned, run the risk of not being able to practice and/or try out on the first day, and student-athletes must be cleared in order to participate.
For more information, contact Tworek at 530-622-3634, ext. 1010, or e-mail at [email protected]
