The weekend found the Fury adjusting to new formations and strategies on the fly and they responded. The entire roster of Lexi Day, Taylor Silva, Avery Baker, Cassidy Pensa, Jacquelyn Silverbush, Emily Dahla, Claire Hoffman, Sarah Pacheco, Lauren Joy, Natalie Palmberg, Erin Ling, Danni DeStefano, Gianna Anselmo, Kendyl Maher, Alison Stansberry and keeper Parker Olsen kept pressure on the opposition throughout their stay.
The championship match was a nail-biter. Both teams were tied at 0-0 until the Fury conceded a goal with seven minutes to play. The girls dug deep and scored the equalizer with two minutes left in regulation and then won it with under a minute to play in the second overtime.
