Oak Ridge 5, Franklin 2 — The Trojans improved to 3-0 behind Austin Root’s six-hitter. Root struck out nine. Offensively, Logan Denholm and FP Santangelo each had two hits.
Union Mine 2, River City 3 — Sean Tow and RJ Blake each went 2-for-3. Jake Horn and Carlos Romero had RBIs. Mike Davis, Tim Salemi and Blake pitched for the D’backs.
Union Mine 3, Galt 5 — John Creason went 2-for-3 with a double while Tow, Brendan McKillop and Creason drove in runs. Creason started on the mound and Greg Alloway also pitched.

On the mound, Johnson had a five-inning no-hitter and struck out 7.
Oak Ridge 12, Davis 0 — Katelyn Castro tripled and homered Saturday to drive in six runs in the Trojans’ win at ARC. On the mound, Alyssa Burns pitched a five-inning, one-hitter and fanned six. Jackie Schmaeling went 3-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs; Lauren Bertoy was 2-for-2 with a triple; and Rene Bardini went 2-for-2.
