El Dorado 7, River City 4 — The Cougars rallied with three in the top of the seventh to tie and scored three in the eighth to win. Matt Smith went 4-for-4, Louis Merlo was 3-for-4 with a triple, Owen MacKendrick had three hits and 2 RBIs; and Alex Periera went 2-for-4 with a double. In the seventh, Merlo walked, Smith singled, Green singled, Ryan Rodriguez walked and MacKendrick singled. In the eighth, Zach Culp doubled, Merlo tripled, Smith singled, Green walked and MacKendrick singled, On the mound, Nick Bonniksen pitched all eight innings, gave up five hits, two earned runs and struck out four.
