Saturday’s races at the Placerville Speedway, which is on the site of the El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, were cancelled because of an emergency fire camp and evacuation center set up for the Sand Fire at the Amador and El Dorado County lines that started Friday, according to the speedway’s Website.
