2014 Spring Classes

Flag Football League
Join for another season of the NFL sponsored Flag Football League. League allows players the opportunity to learn and develop skills necessary to be succeed in football. The league is designed for all skill levels and children between 2nd and 8th grades, divisions will be made in order to separate the older and younger participants. Players will have 1-2 practices during weeknights and games will be held on Saturday afternoons. Each participant will receive their own NFL team jersey and a set of flags. Registration ends today.

Junior Golf Classes
Five week class for children ages 6-13, covers full swing, short game, putting, basic rules, and plenty of golf games. Held at Bass Lake Golf Course and taught by PGA instructor Dan Herek. Class sections begin March 29, 2014.

Adult Golf Classes
This class is designed for new golfers interested in learning the game of golf. Five week class covers full swing, short game, basic rules, putting and more. Held at the Bass Lake Golf Course and instructed by PGA instructor Dan Herek. Classes are offered Saturday morning or Thursday evenings. Sessions include: March 29, 2014 for Saturday session and April 24, 2014 for Thursday evening sessions.

Coaches wanted 
The Cameron Park CSD is looking for individuals who would like to volunteer their time, energy, and effort as a youth flag football coach. Practices are held on weeknights at a time chosen by the coach and games are held on Saturday afternoons. The season lasts between 7-8 weeks.

T-Ball
League designed for boys and girls ages 4 to 7 years of age. Recreation leaders teach the fundamentals of softball/baseball followed by a scrimmage game. Instructional program takes place on Saturdays only, for six weeks. Each participant receives a hat and t-shirt. We are also, looking for a team parent/coaches to help with the informational process and act as team leaders. Registration deadline is April 11, 2014.
