Water polo duo tabbed as club MVPs

El Dorado graduate Ellen Tiedemann and Ponderosa alumni Graham McClone were named the American River Water Polo Club’s Perpetual MVPs for 2013 at a recent awards dinner.

Tiedemann will attend University of the Pacific to play for the Tigers while McClone will attend Santa Clara University and play for the Broncos. Both athletes will participate next week in the USA Water Polo’s 44th Annual Junior Olympics in Orange County.
