Former Trojan players are invited to join in the excitement of reconnecting with former teammates Saturday, March 15 at 10:30 a.m. at the varsity diamond, umpired by Oak Ridge’s first baseball coach, Doug Paul.
To register for the alumni game, contact the ORHS Alumni Baseball Planning Committee at [email protected]
This event is being provided in conjunction with the “Meet the 2014 Team Tri-Tip Dinner” that will be held at El Dorado Hills Community Service District, 1021 Harvard Way, also on Saturday, March 15 starting at 6 p.m.
The event’s featureed speaker is UC Davis head baseball coach Matt Vaughn.
This annual Meet the Team Dinner is the baseball clubs most profitable fundraiser. This event is perfect for parents with children who are interested in being introduced to the great traditions of Oak Ridge Baseball.
The team would especially like to involve the next generation of ORHS Baseball players who are currently participating in El Dorado Hills Little League. Wear your EDH LL Team Jersey or Hat and receive a gift from the Team. Tri-tip dinner will be served. Tickets are on sale now for $25 per person; 10 and under are $10. Seating is limited to the first 500 tickets sold. Contact Liz Davis at [email protected]
